Lion Les Announces 2008 Bass Tournament Dates

Bass Tournament Chair Lion Les Wymer announced the dates for the 2008 Open Bass Tournaments. Three tournaments have been scheduled at Seneca Lake this year:

• Saturday, May 17
• Sunday, June 15
• Sunday, September 28

All tournaments are scheduled from 7:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M., launching from the Seneca Lake Dam ramp.

Lion Les reported that the earnings of the May and September tournaments will be used to support local Cambridge Lions projects such as eye examinations, eye glasses, and diabetes support. The earnings of the June tournament will benefit Campaign Sight First II through the Lions Club Internationl Foundation.
